UW Dungeon - Critical Hit!

The Elf was concentrating on making the air bubble for the Bunny so it doesn't leak. She needed a lot of focus, even she had to ignore her surroundings to do that. The other thing she had to concentrate on was holding her urge to breathe and not letting water enter through her mouth or nose. It's a tiring process, but as The Elf was already trained in even underwater spellcasting, she managed to do all that just nicely.

Of course as the Elf was physically weak and probably the most fragile of the group, one strong smash from a strong enemy would shatter her to pieces. That's why when the Elf was going to cast a spell, she must observe her surroundings. If she could she can order her party to protect her. This time, she didn't remember that important procedure and just hastily cast the spell to save the almost-drowned bunny.

That's when the enemy saw an opening! A Stone Hand, a monster of the UW dungeon that's also the part of the dungeon's trap mechanism, emerged from the wall and blasting towards the elf in full speed. If The Elf got hit by that, it's bye-bye. The Knight was the first to realize, but he had his hands full, not to mention he has to swim quickly to protect her. As the Knight lost hope, a shadow quickly passed him and swam towards the Stone Hand.

Gluuuuubbbb!!

Using her petite back, the Demon protected the Elf. Her body received an enormous amount of impact--it's a critical hit! The hit was so hard that the Demon couldn't hold her breath anymore. As she screamed in pain the air bubbles just kept coming out, big and small. Life was immediately gone from her eyes.

"GURBLBLBLBLLLLLLL!"

Because of the impact, the Demon's body was thrown away, past the Elf's body, so far until she hit a wall and broke it. The Elf, The Knight, and The Bunny could only witness that terrible scene with wide-opened eyes. Behind the rubble, is the Demon alive?
